The general objective of this project , in line with the ET2020 strategy is pursued through a mobility experience that consists of a 4-week / 8-week internship abroad for students of and 3 months for graduates . The program provides for the young participants , placements in enterprises , deepening linguistic , cultural and territorial and sectoral comparison between the various professional techniques . The specific objectives of the project are:- Increasing the mobility of young people in initial training and promote in the participants a sense of European identity and citizenship ;- Introduce the size of transnational and internationality as essential requirements for the professionalism of the recipients ;- Promote the young participants a specific intercultural competence , necessary for the target sectors ;- Introduce in the paths of study new knowledge, strategies and techniques in the management of cultural heritage , tourism, and tourism promotion and development in the participants with the ability to compare different realities, training them in methods and work styles differ from those of their own country ;- To encourage the acquisition and use of knowledge and skills in a different context useful personal development , employability and participation in the European labor market ;- Strengthen and broaden the knowledge of languages and enhance their communicative competence in a foreign language ;- Qualify young participants through a practical training Transnational make them more competitive in the job market nationally and internationally , and in line with the ' "Agenda 2020 " , and to enhance learning moments alternately as real opportunities for training and growth ;- Making the young participants are able to manage their own preparedness and invest it in the creation of innovative activities in the sector;- Promote the exchange and transfer of good practice training by linking our school system with the system of training and working with companies that operate in other European countries.Mobility experience of professionalizing the European level will also enhance the soft skills of the participants, such as adaptability and the ability to relate and interact with diverse cultural backgrounds than their own. This also assumes a special significance in terms of orientation : Participants will gain knowledge in relation to their potential and skills, and greater accountability in terms of professional and personal .
