Name of the project: InFormal - Integration of non-formal education approach to the formal education system for youth empowerment at local level; Long-term training course Dates and Venues: - Activity 1 - Basic Course: 8th - 16th September 2015 in Rostov Velikiy, Russia - Homework phase: Testing skills gained in field between the trainings with help of an online e-learning course (Accessible on http://academy-of-innovation.com/courses/) - Activity 2 - Quality Assessment: 6th - 14th of December in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic The aim of the project InFormal was to bring educators from formal sphere together with youth workers dealing with students or teacher as the main target group and to train them in use of non-formal learning methods in their practice. We wanted to create diverse learning environment and therefore we created partnership of 25 organizations. The first part and first activity took part at September 2015 in Rostov Velikiy, Russia where participants learned basic methods of non-formal learning and they experimented with them under trainer´s supervision. Second part was “homework” online supported phase, where participants should test in their teaching practice what they learned with support of the online e-learning platform created by trainers. The last - third phase -, and the second activity, took part at December 2015 in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. Here was assessment of the previous two phases and further training on quality standards and youth empowerment (in order to use the skills gained through whole course to empower youth they are working with/teaching).
