The students of our school are very inhomogenous in terms of knowledge, ability to concentrate, capacity, learning ability, age and motivation. The project "individual support and coaching (in the subject Spanish)" aims to promote and take care of every single student according to his/her specific and indivual needs as well as possible. Using new methods of teaching for adults regarding pedagogy and didactics and using modern technologies such as internet and learning platform the students should be able to study and to cope with the curriculum better and faster. The duration of studies at our school should be shortened if possible. The number of graduates of our school is to be increased and the rate of students not finishing our school is to be decreased in all cases.
