The Youth Council of Castilla y León knows the reality of formal and informal education and throughout the adquired experience participating in the “Comisión Coordinadora de Formación Juvenil” of the Youth Institute of Castilla y León and in the Operative Group INCUAL of the Youth Council of Spain, it pretends to inform and clear doubts related to the current situation of the INCUAL process and notice it to every youth organization or young itself interested on the topic.In Spain, each Region has different laws related to Youth, with this project we pretend to get conclusions and working lines which will be able to unify the criteria for homologation and certification throughout the Spanish State.This project’s aim is to bring to young people those concepts and realities, related to “Professional Certifications” and their employability options, mostly in the Education and Leisure Time area, principally related to the certifications of Leisure Time: Monitor and Coordinator or Director.On the same way, being able to bring to politicians, who make decisions in youth field, those claims and suggestions that young people have according to this topic, to be able to propose future working lines which will be common to every Regions in Spain that results in the optimal development of education (formal and non-formal) and employment policies for youth.This project is linked to the aims and principles of “Diálogo Estructurado” in the field of youth throughout the performing of 9 Provincial Meetings (one on each Province in Castilla y León) and two Regional Meetings where debates between young people and decision makers or experts in youth scope will be done, this debates will be related to informal education, its appreciation and entailment to formal education and youth employability.This project will reach more than 300 young participants and people responsible for youth policy.The project results will be:• Publication of the conclusions reached on the regional meetings.• Presentation in press conference this publication with the support of the Youth Institute of Castilla and Leon and the CJE (Youth Council of Spain).• Distributing the publication between youth organizations in Castilla and Leon and the rest of the Regions through youth organizations of each Region and the CJE (Youth Council of Spain).The impact that will be reached with this project on young people will be bigger as they will be provided with clearer information and will have enough knowledge to be able to contact the administration to ask for, in accordance with their capabilities, a Professional Certificate. The impact on politicians will be really important as they will be able to get the impressions and suggestions of young people which are affected by qualifying processes and Professional Certifications. This way, they will feel closer to concerns and needs of those young people who can’t solve their claims.Therefore, the impact on youth policies at a local, regional or even national level will be effective as the politicians, responsible for taking decisions on these policies, will be present and they will be more effective and faster to carry them out.The benefits of this project, on a long-term period will be for young people as they will have simply information to get their Professional Certifications which will help them to increase their employability.
