Increasing Quality of Services and Production in Cross-border region (QURE)

Overall objective of the project is to create a higher level of general knowledge about Quality Management System and business in compliance with international quality standards in cross-border region. Partners determined following specific objectives:• To exchange information about current situation regarding QMS in cross-border region – which will be done through knowledge transfer events• To develop bilingual software that will greatly facilitate process of certification – which is one of the main features of the project• To enable SMEs in cross-border region to go through certification process – which will be done through training and certification of 24 companies in cross-border region.Main output of the project will be newly developed software that facilitates QMS in micro, small and medium enterprises. A new service will be provided: education for SMEs and their internal evaluators. This service will continue to be provided even after the project expires.Project is based on original software model, which will be developed, a unique model not only for the area of border region, but for the both states in general, and as such it does exist neither in Serbia nor in Hungary. There are three main target groups: SMEs, chambers of commerce and local communities. Cross-border effect of the project can be described through development of joint trainings, empowering business cross-border cooperation through series of events, facilitation of information flow through joint database and similar. Additional value of project at the level of SMEs is direct increase of competitiveness of SMEs, possibility of concluding better jobs, spreading the market and its niches.
