Improving the mobility of people and goods in Teleorman and Pleven cross-border area by developing the road network in Saelele and Guliantsy. Ensuring the development of the Teleorman and Pleven cross-border area, by efficiently meeting the wider transport needs of population and commerce. Modernization of local interest roads in Saelele and Guliantsy in order to meet the quality and quantity requirements of current and future consumers, in line with the current European norms.
