Improving the marine safety between Helsinki and Tallinn
Start date: Dec 31, 2001, End date: Dec 30, 2003 PROJECT FINISHED

The aim is to improve the marine safety in the route between Helsinki and Tallinn, and minimize the environmental risks of accidents on the Gulf. Activities include a general plan of the sea route to fulfil the modern standards, and strengthening the contacts between marine administrations as well as the harbour authorities from both countries. Target areas: Helsinki (Finland) and Tallinn (Estonia)
