The labour market requires a balance between developing generic green skills, such as, reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and specific skills. Just as information and communications technology skills are essential for the participantss, green skills will be important to a job in the future. These participants will acquire "green" knowledge and skillls to be able to use these to compete in the worldwide labor market.
