Improvement of the cross-border WiFi internet communication and internet access at the level of Oradea Metropolitan Area and Debrecen City (DigiConnect)

The project has the main idea of installing some WiFi host spot points and fix internet access points in the rural area of the Oradea Metropolitan Area (Communes: Bors, Biharia, Cetariu, Paleu, Osorhei, Ineu, Sinmartin, Nojorid, Santandrei, Girisu de Cris, Toboliu) and in Debrecen City. The project offers a solution to the cross-border information transfer, communication (people to people and people to economic actors) at the level of the rural and urban area. The systems helps the schools, residents, public institutions, visitors (investors and tourists) to communicate, get information, transfer information, solve the administrative duties, banking, reduce isolation and many other proposes. A modern WiFi connection and internet access points are indispensable in the context of a developed union of European countries and also in the context of the cross border cooperation. Development of the communication instruments can lead to economic development and cohesion. The results of the project will be accessible for free for everybody, without any discrimination. The used technology respects the principles of the environment protection.
