The water body of the Lake Peipsi-Pskovprovides outstanding recreational andeconomical opportunities both for Russiaand Estonia.The project supports construction of newfresh-water pipe system, waste?watercollection and treatment systems in Värskaand Obinitsa municipalities in south?easternEstonia, and sewage water collectionsystem in one microdistrict of Pskov City. Theproject results in reduced amount of sewagewater reaching the lake and improvedenvironmental condition in the lake.
