The project "ICTs in adult learning" is aimed at improving the services and the capacity of training institutions and internationalization and at turning it into a modern European training organization and increasing its competitiveness. It combines several learning mobilities of trainers in order to expand their professional and key competencies and skills, to improve the quality of teaching and learning in all its forms, and to prepare them to be suitable for the needs of the work market and society as a whole. The aim of the project is to improve the learning process as a whole through diversification of the interactive methods, interestingly unconventional structuring of training hours in order to achieve clear understanding of the knowledge and accept the training as a lifelong journey. Another purpose of the project is the creation and use of distance learning platforms for easy access to a variety of educational resources and providing opportunities for people with special needs to access training. The project aims at using new methods in the European dimension which are offered and acquired as a result of taking part in training courses and communicating with European counterparts. It also aims at encouraging the teachers to use new methods and tools for education: to create training programs for distance learning platforms and improve the organization of training courses and automated feedback training evaluation .The project can help the teachers to improve their language competence in order to be able to communicate fluently with their European colleagues to exchange ideas on training, programs and projects. The organization needs to acquire a European dimension to take part in joint European projects and initiatives in order to accept our country as an equivalent European partner that has many historical, cultural and tourist values and scientific achievements. Participants are 7 adult educators: specialists in graphic design, web design, programming, a database, computer networks, operating systems and office products; economy and soft skills; professor of English. The training includes 2 different activities. The first one pays attention to the use of innovative methods based on ICT and the Internet in adult education. The other activities are English language trainings for staff on how to provoke active communication, increase the possibilities of using the European experience and involve in joint European projects. To ICT training will be directed on three teachers in ICT, one in economics and one in English. For English teaching - a teacher who is also an employee of the organization and working on European projects and a lecturer in ICT by these ideas to organize vocational training courses with ICT themes in English.To control its implementation will be selected management team of the project which will organize preliminary activities related to logistics, selection of participants, concluding agreements with them and their preparation, integration competences acquired by them in the curriculum and plan organizational development and organizational arrangements with providers of training. The management team will work to ensure the publicity of the project. As a results the participants will acquire competence, enrich the methodology for conducting training, improving communication and language skills. They will get more satisfied with their work, more motivated to learn in their lifetime and able to convey it to their students. They will become European teachers possessing European values. This will reflect on the vision of the learning organization. It will create and develop powerful learning platform with new and updated courses and programs offered by innovative technologies. It will increase the success rate, the number of trainees and their competitiveness. You will find opportunities to engage in new initiatives and European projects on "Erasmus +" and other programs. Thus, the organization will be recognizes, at national and European levels, as a place where you can get knowledge and which is part of the European Community. Gaining more knowledge, the students will be able to realize their potential at the labor market. It will help the people with disabilities to find a job, which will reflect in a positive way on reducing the high unemployment in the region and retain young people. The popularisation of the project results will enhance the interests at local, regional and national levels to "Erasmus +" and the visited organizations and countries. It, at local and national levels, will lead to greater interest and participation in projects and our integration into the European Union.
