Training of staff as the first step in a project using ICT as a tool for internationalization and educational development. The goals of the project is to gain further skills in ICT, increased use of ICT, staring point for work on internationalization process, networking, collaborating with partners for future exchanges, increased interest in ICT and increased goal achievment. The participants consist of a total of 10 educational staff. Participants are handpicked for a new team to work with ICT and school improvement. Participants will take part in the course Digital Extra in Istanbul. The methodology we will implement in this project is a standard methodology: we investigate the background, describing the issues involved and establish goals and objectives, assig work, time to plan, participate in traning course, continous feedback, compile, inform, pass on knowledge and experience, review, evaluate, report results. The long term hope in addition to the cases cited above that ICT and the European dimension will be an integrated and natural part of all school activities.
