The project’s objectives were: - to encourage young potential trainers to review and enhance their competencies in the non-formal setting; - to develop basic training competencies, communication and presentations skills, group dynamics, and to get them to practice and build on existing skills; - to provide safe space for learning where participants will learning by doing, while being supported in the process by experienced trainers; - to facilitate the process of building strong relationships among young people from different cultures and creating feeling of solidarity and empathy, - to promote the Erasmus + Programme and the possibilities that it offers. The subjects were covered using a combination of inputs, process work, practice and reflection. Each element covered was practiced and evaluated in order to practically enhance the skills of the young trainers. The project used non-formal education/learning as the basis of learning. Methodologies included Stop Start Methodology where participants practiced facilitating a group or conducting a training activity and were stopped in different moments to analyse what was going on and to reflect on their practice. There were simulation activities, role plays, theoretical inputs, forum theatre, learning to learn practice, small groups, individual work, self-directed learning, guided reflections, use of games and exercises.
