Objectives of the project: integration with organizations engaged in similar activities as our organizations. To provide to volunteer insight of life abroad, personal growth, learning about the host country, learning about the organization and our way of working. Present the culture of the sending country to Youths of our organization Because it is going for a short period of time, we decided to host one volunteer who likes to work with young people, who is ready to lifetime learning, who is open and flexible. Age, religious confession and the other is not important for our organization. Skala Youth Centre: The programme includes two hours of learning (between 2 and 4 PM), followed by various activities: creative and discussion workshops, visits of various guests, games aimed at developing social skills, cooking– development and preparation thereof in cooperation with youth,... Street work: This programme is conducted three to four times a week directly on the streets, between the residential buildings, where youth gathers. Apart from direct interaction with youth on the streets, street activities are also held within the mobile youth centre “Minibus veselja” (“Minibus of joy”), which offers a safe environment for constructive spending of free time, a place where youth can be informed and counselled, a place for informal learning, games, discussion, relaxation, creativity,...”Minibus veselja” as such acts as a preventive means against several risk factors, which youth in urban residential complexes are subjected to (addiction, violence, crime, loneliness,..). This minibus is a small van, which has been reorganised into a playroom and classroom. Personal accompaniment: youngsters with severe behavioural and other social or personal issues are offered personal accompaniment. Volunteers involved in this programme meet with the youngster once a week to study and interact with him/her, to provide him/her with advice,...under the mentorship of one member of staff. Peer education: this is youth education for volunteering and active participation; youth, who has participated in our programmes for several years, has gained an important experience as to how to lead peers as a consequence of our cooperation. It has also reached an appropriate level of personal maturity, which enables it to act as mentors to their peers. Holiday street work: Five-day programme between the autumn school holidays and two weeks during the summer school holidays. It includes entertainment, sports, creative, educational, psychological and social activities, trips, linked to the topic or main subject, which is determined during preparation activities. Street Creativity: Youth learn circus skills and perform with an audience. The methodology of the project is that we will note volunteer with the entire program conducted by our organization. Then, he will meet the programs at playground (also meet with young people and our volunteers) and in advance he will be present at each of the programs. In all of this we will look at the needs of the organization and wishes of the volunteer and all together try to reconcile. The results, which are expected are related to the personal life of a volunteer, with working of host and sending organization. Long-term effects will be reflected in the knowledge that we have passed on to volunteer and knowledge that we get from him. So we will enrich and expand activities, and also they will do it. Organization will further integrate and the effects will be also reflected in future cooperation
