The Association for the Development of Life Skills relies entirely on a voluntary basis , without paid staff . The largest project management is taken out by the Board of Directors. This project wants to empower leaders in a more professional basis. The aim of the project is the training and practice leadership and management skills . The project will involve two members of the Board of Directors with long lasting offer and experience . Participation will involve two in-service courses for Leadership and Management. These practices and knowledge which will be gained will be put into practice immediately on the association and more people will be trained. They will disseminate the knowledge and experience in all the other members of the Association through lectures, workshops and role playing in sub-committees.
