Our main hallmark is multiculturalism and participation in both European and national projects. Therefore, IES Jandía has decided to work in this document, a training plan that includes teacher training activities abroad and observation of good practices in different European schools. This project aims to address the needs identified by our organization. That is, improving English language competence, especially as CLIL teacher support; need to develop skills that promote collaborative work among all the members of our school; and, finally, improving digital competence and acquisition strategies that promote the use of ICT in the classroom. This is an initiative that has been welcomed by all the staff members. All the participants in this project are really involved in it and they commit to implement and disseminate all the strategies and materials collected among all the members of our educational community. Every action will be supervised by members of our Management Team as well as the coordinator designated to boost communication between the school and the participants. Finally, we ensure the effectiveness of the training through continuous and regular evaluation of every task by a review carried out not only by those directly involved , but by the whole school.
