They are dynamic and proactive teachers, seen as innovative agents being some of them involved in projects or international activities. It were chosen 12 structured courses, four of them more targeted to the internationalization of the School and the others related to Innovative Experiences in Education, and 1 jobshadowing in a Finnish school which is revealed in its innovative teaching methods. The Cluster selected the training course because it believes that combines the possibility of in a short period of time, have access / develop a broader set of knowledge and skills; and job shadowing, as it is believed that classroom observation and performance management functions in schools is a very transformative way, which may bring immeasurable benefits to the organization. It is expected that in the medium and long term, the experiences enable the School to the creation, development, dissemination and evaluation of projects / international quality activities and allow the teachers group to acquire a set of new skills, knowledge and attitudes enabling them to reinvigorate their practices and renew the daily school life. Teachers will still propagate their training to other staff of the Cluster and the other teachers that through the Training Centre show some interest in participating in the same trainings. Therefore, the teaching practices will be adjusted and the skills acquired will be a differentiating factor in the school context, motivating children and students and hence providing a teaching / learning of the highest quality. It is also expected that the disclosure of the process and results can benefit the organization in the way it is envisioned by external agents. In the long run, it is expected that the entire group of teachers is involved in international projects and put into practice the knowledge, skills and attitudes developed with this mobility project, making the school an international place of excellence where we offer a variety of experiences, meaningful and enriching, involving all students, families and the rest of the school community in a process of teaching and learning that is to be motivating and of value.
