Venaria in Italy has promoted a multicultural exchange called "The Waste of Less" have been involved a total of 24 young people from Hungary, Italy, Spain and Romania. The exchange has offered young people an opportunity to develop their sense of European citizenship through the comparison of different lifestyles and a reflection of how these affect the daily consumption and thus environmental impact and the possibility of taking lifestyles healthy. Since this issue was made a short film (8-10 minutes) divided into 2 sections (environmental impact of food consumption, sustainable lifestyles) aimed at highlighting the one hand similarities / differences in life styles in relation to consumption and, secondly to suggest alternative models. The construction of the script, defining the contents and modes of representation, the subsequent making of the movie and the final assembly have formed one hand, the opportunity to develop his creative skills neccessarie to "invent" new ways of information and awareness about about more sustainable lifestyles and environmental care, on the other opportunities for comparison, exchange and learning of the participants, also the daily life throughout the period of the exchange focused on the practical tests of some alternative ways of consumption. The activities were complemented by workshops focusing on the benefits of adopting alternative models of consumption to promote a healthier life and use more creative and innovative camera and video editing systems.--------------------------------Venaria Reale in Italy promotes a multicultural exchange called "I WASTE OF LESS"; involving a total of 24 young people from Italy Hungary, Spain and Romania. The exchange aims to offer young people an opportunity to develop their sense of European citizenship through the comparison between different lifestyles and a reflection of how these affect the daily consumption and hence environmental impact and the possibility to have lifestyles healthier. Starting from this issue it envisages a short film (8-10 minutes) organized in 4 sections (food, energy, water and recycling of waste) aims to highlight on the one hand similarities / differences in lifestyles relatively consumption and, on the other side to suggest alternative models. The construction of the screenplay, the realization of shooting and final assembly will provide opportunities for comparison, exchange and learning of the participants, also the daily life throughout the period of the exchange will focus on experimentation practice of some alternative ways of consumption. The activities will be complemented by workshops focusing on the benefits to adopting alternative models of consumption to promote a healthier life and the use of camera systems and video editing.
