The Project "May The Force Be With You! Improve Your Entrepreneurial skills!??? will gather 27 participents from 9 countries - youth leaders and youth workers, including from organizations of people with disabilities. It will be held in Dobrinishte, a beautiful little town in the Pirin mountain in Bulgaria from 13 to 21 October 2013.Three are the main aims of this project, focusing on the reasons of the still increasing youth unemployment in the European Union, and also the European and national politics and programs concerning this issue. The training course, included in the project, will aim to improve the personal and professional competences of youth leaders and workers in the field of entrepreneurship, renew their knowledge about leadership and management in order their organizations to become more efficient in the work with youngsters towards self-employment and starting up own businesses. Special attention will be paid to work with young people with disadvantages. The TC is practice-oriented and based on the strategy and methodology of non formal education. As a result we expect each of the participants to develop a step by step action plan according to the particular country reality. The aim with this is to adapt and transfer the ideas, knowledge and skills of the TC in the practice.
