Despite of it's importance could not been understood enough yet, according to research about humor show that humor is effecting our lives -in positive and negative ways- very deeply. We would like to discuss about how humor is understood, how different cultures react different ways about humor, how to use 'humor' as a tool in ice-breaking games, group works, discovering leadership skills, presentation skills and in communications skills. The role of humor as creating common enthusiasm and unity has not been investigated and practiced yet, we would like to increase an awareness and develop new methods in order to make it more effective in youth works.
