Four Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium teachers (two with English as one of their subjects, two with other subjects) are going to spend a week at a British school. By sitting in classes and doing job shadowing they are going to get to know the offers of the British school and gain practical experience that they will be able to include into their own school work.In intensive talks, the German teachers will learn how the British school deals with its challenges and can draw conclusions for their own work to be successful.The stay in Britain will be focused on intercultural conscience, learning about integration of pupils with different cultural backgrounds and how to deal with modern (e-)learning methods.During this activity, the teachers will enormously improve their English language competence.
