The project is in continuation of previous projects and HORECVET and HORECVET 4 weeks that ended in 2014. The IFAPME, Alfmed and Foyle International, its partners, wish to pursue experience to enable learners of IFAPME Network enrich their learning pathway by a mobility experience. HORECVET 2015 brings together in a single folder durations of 4 and 13 weeks for the 2015 season. The main objective of the project is HORECVET 2015 to offer 26 learners entrepreneur training IFAPME, adult audience, to follow part of their training in a context providing some added value in their learning, through a border mobility of 4 or 13 weeks. This is a project-wide IFAPME Network, that is to say open to all centres IFAPME Network. The professions covered the food and hotel sectors : o A01 - butcher-Catering, o A09 - Restorer - Catering - Banquet organizer, o A06 - Baker pastry, o ... o A27 - Receptionist - Manage small hotel structure - hotel Director, The part of training carried out as part of a mobility concerns the work placement requirement to 664 hours required for obtaining Entrepreneur degree of certification. Units of learning outcomes specific to each training were written by the pedagogical advisor and serve to guide the learning process and evaluation business learning outcomes by the tutor (Learning agreements). They also allow the IFAPME pedagogical advisor validate, recognize and certify the learning outcomes according to ECVET European system. The project proposes to learners to perform all or part of their compulsory internship with a foreign company. The 13-week course is justified because in relation to the requirements of certification. She is also the need to address specific workstations (reception) and involve learners in business management aspects. The period of four weeks is justified to allow students more mobility experience (most should ask their internship employer in Belgium to be released from their contract for the duration of the mobility). Language training a week is organized by the local partner before the internship. A partnership agreement was established with our two partners, ALFMED for the South of France and FOYLE for Northern Ireland, setting the roles. IFAPME ensures administrative, financial and pedagogical coordination of the project and the mobilities and selects candidates based on a motivation package. The partners assumes the role normally fulfilled by delegates to the supervision of the IFAPME. They also offer a full service including: hospitality, cultural and linguistic preparation, work placement, monitoring of learning, monitoring of mobility, learning assessment of learning targeted in unity, editing documents (Europass mobility, reports, etc ...), etc. The quality assurance procedures have been identified.
