The project of the HLW Leoben aims to strengthen the internationalization and Europeanization of its programs in various areas. Planned Activities: Teaching various subjects in English English-language theatrical productions International School Partnership English should be introduced as a working-language in various school subjecs. For the purpose of introducing the English language into varied school subjects, 5 teachers would be designated for CLIL-arrangements, which range in subject: English and English Theater; applied computer science; business and political economy; photography, audio, and film experience; communication and media design; accounting; religion; history, geography, physical education, and economic geography. On the other hand, the framework of the arrangement project should be created for other eastern European school partnerships to utilize it. Furthermore, the HLW should be established as a center for English-speaking theater-productions in upper-Styria. Finally, the HLW Leoben is also planning projects beyond this one, which would create cooperative partnerships with local schools. Overall, the HLW would have innovative experiences through this project, which would reach outside of the classroom, as the participating teachers would be in constant contact with colleagues and could exchange their experiences in team meetings and conferences. All of these arrangements should contribute to the intended expansion of linguistic, communicative, and intellectual competence of students and teachers alike, and would further the international and European goals of the HLW Leoben.
