Higher education student and staff mobility projec..
Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2015,
End date: Sep 30, 2016
The development of european and international projects is one of the top priority of our high school 2014-2019 plan. If, in the the past, we have been able to organize some training mobilities in foreign countries (Germany, Turkey, Morocco), our commitment since 2014 to the Erasmus program has enabled us to propose understandable actions of mobility, organized in a more secure financial context for our students, those with economical difficulties in particular. Indeed, the main part of our students do not always consider mobility as an opportunity. Two of our students of BTS Assistant de Manager training program (in secretarial skills) have received european subsidies from the Erasmus program for their mobility to Spain (in Barcelona). Their activities were directly linked with their training program : internal and external communication, use of information an communication technologies, management project, use spanish language.. Cultural activities have also been the occasion to discover the Spanish culture. However, a third planed mobility did not take place because the duration ordered by the partner was under the 8 week necessary condition to get european subsidies. But his experience of research can enable him today to prepare his mobility with another partner in Malta (next December and January) and to receive european subsidies thanks to our 2016 contract. Our knowledge of the Erasmus program, our communication, our language program are providing today results, even if they are small ones. Several of our students, from industrial and service trainings, are today candidates for a european mobility. These results and the support of the Erasmus+ program help us now to answer their needs,(even if the 2016 contract is less important than that of 2015), and wil help us to develop other types of mobility for our pupils of professional trainings and for teachers.
