Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: Sep 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

EM Normandie holds an Erasmus charter since 1987. EM Normandie always encouraged the European mobility. 1- Student mobility: Students sent in Europe: The Programme Grande Ecole has been reformed and the number of outgoing students has largely increased. The students who entered EM Normandie after the French Baccalauréat must spend two mandatory academic semesters at our International partners’ campuses, one semester at Bachelor level and one semester at Master Level. European students at EM Normandie: EM Normandie has developed English-taught programmes with an international aspect, which increased the number of Incoming students. 2- Teaching mobility: EM Normandie encourages lecturers to teach abroad and welcomes many European lecturers within its Bachelor and Master Grande Ecole Programmes. Mobility allows students to improve their qualification and their professional, linguistic and cultural skills. Mobility gives complementary advantages on the “national” labour market and gives them the opportunity to find a job abroad. The presence of Incoming students within the academic programmes allowed the campuses to be internationalised. Mobility allows lecturers/researchers to share their ideas about the academic contents, good practices, teaching and research methods.
