Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: Sep 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The policy of international relations ENSAPBx is based on two complementary activities backed by a network of partner universities (fifty) located in Europe and outside Europe: international cooperation and student and teacher mobility. More recently, the establishment of joint PhDs came to complete this device. The actions of the international ENSAPBx feature a reasoned approach, namely a crossroads of opportunities and strategies which resulted in programs based on partnerships at various levels and enrolled in duration. The organization of mobility meets several objectives: - Diversification and development of partnerships, - Development of teachers mobility and outgoing student and looking for a balance with the incoming mobility, - Encouraging mobility of students with low financial capacity. Student mobility decreases slightly in Europe. 45 students left in 2015/2016 against 51 in 2014/2015. The publication by the host institutions from a minimum language level required and the internal changes in the selection criteria have reduced the mobility demands. Regarding teacher mobility, it was agreed in accordance with the international commission that European destinations would be the subject of special attention for a better knowledge of our partners: educational purposes, research links, school environment etc ... Eight teachers mobilities was requested. Seven teachers have visited this year six partner universities. Five teachers gave lectures or participate in juries. These mobilities are accompanied by meetings with students during incoming and outgoing mobility to these destinations. Two teachers have strengthened the link with certain partnerships (larger cohort, educational exchanges in juries or intensive ...) to restore their attractiveness to European destinations in decline relative to the rest of the world. Particular vigilance is paid to the fact that no student should abandon mobility because of its too low financial capacity. With cross-financing of Europe, the Aquitaine Region and the Ministry of Culture, each student received a scholarship tailored to his income.
