Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: Sep 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Sapientia College of Theology of Religious Orders has taken part in the Erasmus Program since 2007. In the first year of the new Erasmus+ Program (2014-2015) unfortunately Sapientia College could not enter the Program (the application had not been handed for the Erasmus Charter because of some changes at the College), therefore the academic year 2015-2016 has been the first one for Sapientia College in the new Erasmus+ Program. In the academic year 2015-2016 our aims were the following: to re-start the Erasmus+ Program at the College, to increase the number of mobilities compared to the previous years of the Erasmus Program and also to provide a quality implementation in compliance with the Erasmus Charter criteria. Altogether 4 students, 21 teachers and 5 staff members participated in the 4 outbound mobility types and 3 students, meaning that we outperformed the previously set quantitative targets. Altogether it seems that after having been out of the Erasmus+ Program in the first year (2014-2015) the return to the Program was successful and fruitful for Sapientia College of Theology of Religious Orders.. Every type of the mobilities improved the professional and personal skills of the participants and of the students, teachers and staff who were the recipients of experience sharing, thereby all mobilities contributed to the qualitative development of Sapientia College and to its future internationalization process. Furthermore, both previous and new inter-institutional, professional and personal relations re-established/established and strengthened within the Erasmus Program providing basis of further international projects and co-operations.
