Participation in the Erasmus + program is an important part of the internationalization of the FHWS and complements the recruitment of international students who are looking for graduates, especially in the field of STA. The aim of the FHWS was not primarily to increase the number of mobility but to increase the quality of the relationships by involving several faculties for a partner university. In the medium term, this is intended to develop strategic partnership, with which the FHWS will cooperate in various areas and Erasmus + will be an important pillar of cooperation. The number of students in the areas of student mobility has declined significantly in comparison with previous years. To counter this decline, we will intensify our marketing efforts to increase student motivation. In the area of ​​employee mobility, the level was maintained and the number of participants who had not yet been active in the field of internationalization increased. This is to be further expanded in the coming years, by intensifying their participation in Staff Weeks of the partners, but also by conducting a personal Staff Week.
