Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: Sep 30, 2016 PROJECT FINISHED

This project has allowed us to send four students and two staff members on mobilities abroad over the school year 2015-2016. Two students from the short course: "BTS Assistant de Manager" did their first-year work placements in the UK, in London. Two students from "BTS Hotellerie-retauration" (catering and hostel industry) did their 3.5-month internship respectively in Ireland and London. These internships have improved the level of English of the students, which could clearly be seen on the OLS. The school works hard to build relationships with host companies, to help future students to carry out mobilities too. In addition, two members of staff have benefited from a one-week English course in Cardiff. The courses and immersion have alowed them to regain confidence in English, a language they need in the current context of international development of the school.
