The project was carried out with success, the amount of contracted funding was 321,180.00 EUR and enabled the implementation of a total 181 mobility activities against the 155 mobility activities estimated in the grant agreement signed with the National Agency. This performance was achieved by two means: the increase of the budget allocated to the mobility activities with budget transfers and the reduction of the average duration of the individual mobility activities. Part of organizational support was transferred to the mobility activities, both budget transfer rules and the rules regarding the minimum period of each type of mobility were respected. The mobility activities between Programme Countries organized by Sapientia University involved a total of 181 individual participants: 104 higher education students, 34 higher education teaching staff member and 43 non-teaching staff member. The implementation of the project resulted a number of 64 student mobility activities for studies, 40 student mobility activities for traineeships, 34 staff mobility activities for teaching and 43 staff mobility activities for training. Regarding the receiving countries, 62 student mobility activities for studies took place in Hungary and 2 in Spain; 39 student mobility activities for traineeships took place in Hungary and 1 in Czech Republic; 28 staff mobility for teaching took place in Hungary, one in Denmark, one is Italy, one in Poland, one in Slovakia, one in Spain and one in Sweden; all 43 staff mobility activities for training took place in Hungary. The average duration of a student mobility activity for studies was 5 months, the average duration of a student mobility activity for traineeships was 2 months; the average duration of both a staff mobility for teaching and a staff mobility for training were 4 days. The mobility activities had a great impact on all participants, regarding both their professional and personal development. Participants had the opportunity to broaden their professional knowledge and to accumulate professional experience, to improve their competences and skills, to make new friends and build up new professional relations. The newly established professional relations will result new transnational and strategic partnerships.
