This project 2014-1-ES01-KA103-000154 developed by IES Francisco de Quevedo between 01/06/2014 and 30/05/2016 has satisfactory completed three student mobilities for training in Belgium companies. These students have achieved the objetives proposed in the Erasmus Charter: Completing their formation in English, obtaining full recognition of the training and the corresponding ECTS; developing their professional competences with a different profesional framework, improving their employability skills, and extending their cultural and social knowledge of other European society. All these aspects have increased their chances of finding employment and work integration, and it has taken them less than three months to find a job related with their studies, where they are fully integrated nowadays. Also, this project has allowed our school to develop educational cooperation programs with other institutions. The development of the project has included the search of companies that adjust to the formative needs of our students, the agreement on the formative program, the monitoring of the student´s mobilities, and the final assessment and publication of the results.
