This project is the first mobility project of the only Slovak consortium of universities within the Erasmus+ work traineeships with the official name WorkSpace Europe. The project was launched in 2014, the first year of the existence of the consortium as well as the first year of the program period of Erasmus+. It is a 2-year project in the category KA103 mobility of students and staff of universities within the Erasmus+ program countries. The objective was the implementation of internships for students and graduates of member universities of the consortium using expertise, experience and international network of the coordinating organization of the consortium - the non-profit organization WorkSpace Europe. The project was approved in 2014 for by that time seven member universities of the consortium and the total number of 67 mobilities - which were all successfully implemented. Of the total number, 96% of all mobilities were the traineeships of fresh university graduates. This new activity, i.e. graduate traineeships within Erasmus+ set up the main objective of this first project, as the focus of the consortium to mostly implement the graduate traineeships, which formed the specialization of consortium WorkSpace Europe for this target group for the following years of its functioning. Under the guidance of professional management of consortium coordinator, the consistent execution process, management of individual mobility as well as ensuring their quality have been set up and implemented. The efficient and transparent process of collaboration has been set up with the member institutions of the consortium and partner organizations. The whole project has been consistently financially and administratively implemented by the coordinator in accordance with the rules and Erasmus+ National Agency. The project met its objective to help, on one hand the consortium member institutions with the realization of students mobilities and enhancing its number and interest, and on the other hand, the project helped participants to be prepared for the working life on international level.
