This program carried out by the “Real Conservatorio Superior de Música” of Granada is a key element in its policy of internalization and projection of its activities to the outside. In this sense, the total of international mobilities that are arranged, both of professors and students, to which is accessed through competitive procedures, with public criteria based on the principles of merit and ability, objectivity, clarity and transparency, have a double intention. On one hand, increasing participants’ general and specific training by means of their participation in the mobility (learning or traineeship for students, teaching or training for professors). On the other hand, we aim to extend, project and make visible the musical activity and its high level, which takes place in our own institution.
Therefore, this program has carried out a total mobility of 30 stays, 23 of students (19 learning stays and 4 traineeships, and 7 of professors (6 teaching stays and 1 training stay). The countries that have been the most visited by our students and professors are Italy (6 professors, 2 students in traineeship), Germany (6 students), Poland (4 students) and Austria (3 students), United Kingdom (2 students), Belgium, Holland and Estonia with one student each one, and Romany with a professor mobility.
Additionally, the institution considers that the enrichment that implies the mobility is not just in the sense of sending but also receiving both students and professors. Because of this purpose, the institution is highly committed to the rising of the number of bilateral agreements with other equivalent institutions, especially in the area of central Europe, our main spotlight, although welcoming other geographic areas. Due to this approach, our institution has received up to 14 mobilities of professors from foreign institutions such as Italy ( 7 professors stays and 6 students stays, Finland ( 2 professors), Austria ( 1 professor and 1 student), Poland ( 1 professor and 1 student), Germany (1 student), Romany ( 1 professor) and Greece ( 1 student). These mobilities have as a result many activities carried out by the Erasmus visitors. it should be highlighted several concerts performed by them that had a great artistic success as well as being attended by many attendees.
