Context and precedent of the project: Three mobilitys were asked. It could only be made one of them; for a pupil of higher second Cycle Degree Administration and Finance who the previous year had been selected in the process of applying for erasmus scholaships. The student made the search of the company where she wanted to develop hers FCT´s by hershelf. Goals. Practice in a professional way the English speaking skill as Technician in Administration and Finance, consolidating the pupil´s maturity and making it easier the access to job market. Number and profile of participatings. 1 movility related to Administration family. Description of activities carried out. Set up and apply procedures related to information generated in purchasing management. Use software tools of purchasing and warehouse management. Carry out treasury calculations, applying trade legislation and regulating payment means. Use software tools of treasury management and financial calculation, human resources and payroll management. Develop information of an economic cycle by applying the accounting methodology and standards General Accounting Plan. Calculate the fees payable taxes and set up documentation. Using accounting software application and fiscal management. Apply communication skills and social skills in trade operations. Parse and apply suitable methods in negotiating contracts and product sales. Organize and use computer system for storing and processing of information. Use software tools of data management allowing to spot, process and update information. Use software tools to set up and fill in documentation, integrating text, data and graphics. Results and impact: The results for the studen have been very satisfactory. On the one hand she has reached professional competences sought at first and English language proficiency, she has also achieved intended objectives. Regarding the sending institution, our high school has a new contact of company for allowing to have new chances of making mobilities in the future. The impact is quite important especially in the reference group, where the exhibition of this experience broadcast by the student opens the way for future mobilities.
