SMT Our destination was Rimini, Italy, to facilitate communication (Italian is very similar to Spanish language) and, in addition, it has a very wide range of sports facilities; it offers an important hotel infrastructure in coastline environment and good weather, allowing the development of additional activities during the traineeship. Five students, who was studying the short-cycle ?Animation Sport and Physical activities?, have been incorporated into the sports center FYSIODINAMIK. During the job traineeship, over eight weeks (April and May 2015) they have achieved the objectives in relation to acquire specific and general skills of work in the field of sport and physical activity. The assessment of the Italian professional was very positive about our students. In addition, they improved their language and comunicative skills in Italian languaje; it gives them possibilities to work there in the future. STT About the teaching staff mobility, it carried out in Rimini too. It was a ?job shadowing? modality in a day care center (for 0-3 years old children). The childcare in the area of Emilia Romagna (the region where it is located Rimini) is a leader in Europe. For that reason, one of the teacher of this vocational studies was actively involved in daily activities of a child day care center near Rimini (in Santoarcangello di Romagna) during five days, in April of 2015. Futhermore, also she visited and participated in a learning workship in the famous international research center Loris Malaguzzi, located in Reggio Emilia. Apart from getting information to prepare a report about child care 0-3 years from the perspective of the Italian pedagogy, she proposed another aim: establishing agreements with these institutions dedicated to child day care for future traineeships, with positive results.
