Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

The current crisis scenario in Spain has caused a high youth unemployment rate and many young graduates has been forced to emigrate to the neighbour countries in search of job opportunities. One of the countries with the capacity to receive workers is Germany. This is why the Fray Luis de Granada High School has aimed for developing the professional profile of our students in order to improve their employment opportunities in other E.U. countries, in particular Germany. In coherence with this objective, we applied and managed this project Erasmus+ Ka1 during sixteen months. This project has allowed two students from the Higher Course in Business Administration to undertake official training in Baunatal Town Hall (Germany). It also has allowed a teacher of the same Higher Course to visit the Friedrich-List-Schule of Kassel (Germany), in order to learn good practices in a high school that teaches similar education than ours, and in a country (Germany) where the Vocational Education System has contributed with excellent results to the country’s economy and employment.
