PROJECT SUMMARY AND PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS Context and background to the project The School has the Erasmus University Charter + for 2014-2020, allowing us to offer mobility grants to students and teaching and non-teaching staff. During the course 2014/2015 our Institute has participated in 8 mobilities for practices of students and 2 teachers mobilities practices. Students have done their training in workplaces companies from Germany, France, Ireland, Hungary, Italy and Portugal, while teachers have participated in diferent organizations in Portugal and France. Tagets Allow students to benefit professional, linguistically and culturally from the experience of learning in other European countries. - Foster cooperation between institutions and to enrich the educational environment of host institutions. - Contribute to the creation of a community of young and future well-qualified professionals with international experience. - Contribute to the faculty participate in new forms of work organization, best practices, professional experiences, etc., that result in a more international approach to learning of skills by students. Number and profile of participants STUDENTS: - CFGS Child Education (2 students): GERMANY - CFGS cultural Animation (2 students): ITALY - CFGS International Trade (2 students): PORTUGAL and IRLAND - CFGS Animation Physical and Sports (1 student): PORTUGAL - CFGS Web Applications Development (1 student): HUNGARY TEACHERS Professional Family Management Professor: PORTUGAL Professiona Family Community Services: FRANCE Description of the activities STUDENTS; 8 students have fully developed training module Workplaces in companies from different countries of the European Union. All have remained between 2 and 3 months developing their own professional profiles activities. TEACHERS; teacher mobilities have targeted the observation of real work situations in two organizations in countries of the European Union have. Results and impact obtained We believe that Erasmus is an important personal and professional development of both students and staff, in this regard we believe that the impact of these experiences has to do with strategic asset: - Is an important action in relation to internationalization and the international profile of our school. - The most important aspect of your mobility valued by participants, has to do with the acquisition of good practices and capabilities.
