Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Within the Erasmus + program, students job placements are meant to obtain a comprehensive education for these students, so that they are able to respond to the job market requirements. We expect that this project will be the "springboard" to participate in other experiences in Europe and enable them to expand their job search beyond its region. We intend to do all of this following the agreements of the european principles in the next fields: human capital for cohesion and competitiveness, lifelong training and quality assurance in VET , unique europass-mobility framework for the transparency of qualifications and competences. After teachers took part in international programmes, they acquired knowledge related to new markets, and this has favored and encouraged the spirit of cooperation and collaboration between schools in different countries. In regards to the students involved, we can assure that the proposed goals have been met. They have improved their social and language skills, they have learnt to adapt and cope in different working environments improving their autonomy and sense of european citizenship. As a prove of this, many students have continued to be involved in other european projects and/or developing their professional activities in toher european countries. Summarizing, those students taking part in this programme get short and mid-term benefits. The results of the job placements in Europe have been usefull both in their professional and personal lives. This experience has encouraged the participants to continue with their studies and/or working to build up their future in Europe. In the long term, these students will become active citizens who will be compromised with the society they are part of. During this school year 6 student SMP mobilities, 3 teacher STT mobilities and 4 other zero SMP scholarships have been succesfully fulfilled. Finland 6 SMP participants Poland 4 zero SMP scholarship participants Finland 3 STT teacher participants
