IES Roque Amagro is an institution that offers Secondary Education and Higher Education, located in Gáldar, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The institution has organised student mobilities for placements, and staff mobilities, from the academic year 2012-2013. After the achivement of the Erasmus+ Charter in 2014, we have requested a KA103 project, for Higher Education, in the period 2014-2016. Eligible students for the Erasmus program in this period have been about 65, enrolled in "Higher Technician in Networked Computer Systems Management"" degree and "Higher Technician in Physical Education and recreation" degree . The duration of this Degrees is 2000 hours, distributed in two academic years. Each subject, or 'module', is characterized by a quantity of hours, and a quantity of credits (ECTS). This information can be found on the Spanish Royal Decree 1629/2009 and Spanish Royal Decree 2048/1995. Our students must make their training for 2 months, in the main course module "Training at Work", and will be developed in a firm. This module is compulsory to get the degree, and at the end a student can achieve 22 credits (ECTS) if he/she completes and is successful at the training. Companies have to certify about performing the tasks. During this period, there have been 5 mobilities student placement of the 5 granted (One of them performed by a graduate student the previous year), and 3 mobilities of staff training (two granted and one as a result of using the 50% subsidy for Organizational Support). The project ended on May 30, 2016. The 3 students have made their practices in the same company in Malta: Kunsill Malti ghallIsport. They have developed the tasks agreed in their Training Agreements. Monitoring and communication with the students was conducted by telephone, email and through a whatsapp chat created for this purpose. The traineeship in the company has been passed by all the students with success. Two Higher Education teachers conducted a learning placement in Poland, where the company Proyecto Ibérico, based in Krakow, was responsible for meeting the Learning Agreement. The main tasks consisted of the study of the Polish labor market, the educational system, and the 'state of art' and the use of New Technologies in some Polish companies. Another Higher Education teacher conducted a learning placement in Malta with the company Kunsill_Malti_Ghall_Isport, which was responsible for meeting the Learning Agreement. The main tasks were: 1.- To Know and share ways of working and new proposals for phisical recreation in both, Gran Canaria and Malta. 2.- Promote mobilities of students and future sports profesionals and encourage collaboration between two institutions Our main goal within the Erasmus+ Programme is to complete the formation of our students, with stays in European Union member countries for carrying out work placements during the module "Training at work". It is also an important goal for this center, to supplement the training of our staff in exchanges with other European Union institutions. In addition, the Erasmus+ Programme is seen as an opportunity to internationalize our institution, and adopt best practices of other European Higuer Education institutions, and firms, in order to increase the quality in the services we offer.
