Higher education student and staff mobility project

The School of Art and Design in Orihuela, public center dependent on the Ministery of Education Generlitat Valenciana, where lessons are taught in an oficial capacity dedicated to the training of professionals in the design,which should know analyze, investigate and identify physical properties and qualities, as well as the values that have symbolic and communicative to chatracterize his productions , defining the shape, configuration, the quality, performance, value and asesthetic and social significance of the same. But in addition, the formation of the future designer should not stick to the knowledge gained in the academic insittution, and while it is true that this is where learning begins, it is undeniable that should be extended to him throughout his life as the design so complex and dynamic, so it is very important to develop a capacity for self combined with a recycling process that from the very center is enhanced by specialized programmes, graduate and consulting firms. The integration of students and teachers from other countries in our institutions and the universities abroad that our students and staff visit contribute to a valuable enrichment of the regular curriculum. Our socio-economic environment , Vega Baja del Segura, an area constantly growing tourism demand and steadily increasing progression, the addition of the new professionals to meet the needs of its spectacular development, so that our students integrates an almost immediate tissue professional in the area. This integration promotes professional through our Training Department at Work Centers, which organizes the relationship with a large number of companies from different sectors related studies deliver. We must also mention that have developed various programmes such as the employability of Professional Pathways Transitional government Valenciano or Leonardo projects: exchange with L'Enad (National School of Decorative Arts) of Limoges, France and the Art Institute Bologna, Italy, Socrates, Comenius, the State Institute of Art in Catania, Sicily, Italy. The organization provides academic center with the integrtion of lessons ranging from Bachelor of Arts, basic level of access to Higher Education, both professional training cycles senior fine arts and design professionals families Graphic Design (Cycle Formative Senior Advertising and Graphic Cycle Formative Senior Artistic Photopgraphy), Interior Design (Cycle Formative Senior Project Management and Construction of Decoration), Fashion Design (Cycle Formative Higher Modeling of the Out fit ) and professional family of Applied Arts the Sculpture (Cycle Formative Senior applied Arts at the Stone) and the College of Design in the fields of Graphic Design, Interior Design and Fashion Design. It is an essential goal for the School of Art and Design Senior Orihuela within this framework formative to expand the opportunities for training and mobility of their students , making it possible also to all students of the European Union interested in our training center, which support the sharing of experiences with schools in EU countries by publicizing the local labor market, and knowing those countries, their culture and way of life so that students can be integrated into a common space training. Six Mobilities have been carried out in this project.; two of them were students Mobilities for studies (SMS) and the other four were for teachers (STA). One of the students went toItaly, Accademia di Belle Arti de Napoli (I Napoli06), and the other one to Portugal, at EASD (P Matosin01). The four teachers travelled to Slovakia, technicka Univerzita vo Zvolene (Sk Zvolen01). The development of this project has been really important in order to get our goals on internationalization. For instance, our links with institutions like Technicka Univerzita vo Zvolene have been strengthened and, nowadays, the number of students and teachers coming to our institution , establishing an artistic and intercultural dialogue, has increased considerably and everything points out to the fact that it will go on growing, enhancing in that way the international repercussion of our insitution. Ours is a modest institution and we know we have yet a lot to do but we'll do our best in order to get our space in the international cooperation.
