In accordance with the spirit of the Erasmus+ programme, the institution has been developing contacts and establishing new inter-institutional agreement which can provide students, teachers and non-teaching staff with new opportunities and enrich their personal growth. In 2014/2015, the outgoing mobility process for studies (3 students/semester), work placement (3 students), staff mobility for teaching (3) and staff mobility for training (1) considered students and partners’ institutions interests, needs and availability. Students, teachers and non teaching staff from ISCET were encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities for mobility that arose at the beginning of the academic year. Through the experience provided by the mobility abroad all participants gained expertise at international environment, allowing them to benefit from different teaching and learning methods, ethically develop a multicultural spirit by living in different countries with different cultures and deepen working skills in international contexts which helped them broaden their horizons an set up a possible future international career.
