Higher education student and staff mobility project

Vocational College Grm Novo mesto (VSŠ GRM NOVO MESTO) in the period 2014 - 2020 holds ECHE Charter and annual applied to Erasmus+ calls KA103. We are successfully completed the project Erasmus + 2014-2016 in this year. Given the small size of our school and thus small scale planned and conducted Erasmus + activities, all of us involved in the implementation of the project Erasmus+ enjoy in participation in various activities of the project. We work on establishing and maintaining contacts with foreign partners, especially in encouraging students for mobilities. At the school level at all we are quite active in different international activities. Erasmus + projects carried out in the framework of the PROJECT OFFICE of GRM NOVO MESTO, a unit INTERNATIONAL BUREAU OF VSŠ GRM NOVO MESTO. An Erasmus + project is managed by team (team leader + members: lacturers - organizers of practical training for each of study program). In the implementation of the project we follow to the Protocol of the implementation of Erasmus + project, accpetance on lecturers' choir of the school. Realization of the project: We have done all the planned mobility in numbers (10 months students mobilities, plan 9) and 78 days of staff mobilities (according to plan). Deviation occurs in the structure of mobilities - the mobility of students for studies (1 person) was transferred to the mobility of students for traineeships. A staff mobility for teaching (1 person) was transferred to the mobility for training . Together we are carrying out 5 students mobilities and 29 staff mobilities. All students are staying abroad for 2 month, average time of mobility for staff was 2.64 days. All students were recognized made commitments in the amount of 13 ECTS in acordance with the agreement. Within the framework of the project were largely achieved qualitative and quantitative indicators at the level of Vocational College Grm Novo mesto, outlined in the legal school strategies (included a ECHE Charter for 2014-2020). Deviation occurs in segment of inbound students and employees - these activities were not realized. When analyzing the work and the effects of the implementation of the project we completed that we invested a lot of energy in the promotion of the Erasmus + program among students and staff. It remains a considerable work on the development of education for foreign students, promoting the school in the international environment and to develop offers for visiting lecturers. In the coming period, we will invest efforts in further strengthening the promotion and dissemination of project results. We will prepare an independent website Erasmus + and plan of dissemination, use and sustainability of project results.
