Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Project ERASMUS+ 2014 KA103 designed for mobility of individuals on the level of university education was realized by our institution in the prepared realization period according to the given rules as stated in the project contract and in the application form. In this project we have reacted on existing ERASMUS+ programme challenges and we have also reacted on the fulfilled achievements from the former long-life learning programme Erasmus. In connection to the existing challenges, our university has been reacting first by formulating a document „Erasmus Policy Statement“ and by realizing the particular projects and its activities under the existing rules. First such a project was ERASMUS+ KA103 2014 for which we have formulated several objectives and we do believe that we have fulfilled them in a full range: 1. To realize particular types and numbers of relevant mobility activities within the meaning of the application. 2. To spread the good name of the ERASMUS + programme. 3. To develop multilateral relations between the participating institutions. As an addition to the actual implementation of contracted activities, following objectives have been fulfilled: 1. Extension of the current knowledge base; 2. Acquiring or improving knowledge, skills and abilities of the participants. In relation to the receiving participants: 1. Provide relevant education, training, as well as cooperation, exchange of experiences and the development of bilateral relations; 2. Create conditions to receive participants respecting the existing rules and standards defined in the ERASMUS Student Charter, conditions are the same as for domestic participants. For the ERASMUS+ KA103 2014 we have planned to realize 54 mobilities, in fact we have fulfilled 56 activities, so in connection to the results we have realized all the contracted activities and two student mobilities for study were realized as an addition. The impact of the project is assessed according to the Erasmus Policy Statement objectives. In particular, we have achieved following: 1. Development of activities in the international cooperation area: Outgoing mobilities of staff and teachers – 27 % increase; Outgoing mobilities of students for study and stay – 27 % increase. Incoming mobilities of teachers and staff – same level; Incoming mobilities of students for study – 60 % increase. 2. Increase of number of bilateral cooperation based on ERASMUS+ Inter-Institutional Agreements 3. Continuation and improvement of cooperation with foreign universities, with several of them we have developed cooperation in many other areas, this was based on our successful former ERASMUS+ cooperation. 4. Development of multimedia cooperation in the EU framework in the area of science, research and education – during the academic years 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 we have modernized education methods and tools for home as well as foreign students. 5. Our foreign relations department was personally developed to the actual 4 full-time employees and cooperating students from students´ organizations and occasional trainees. 6. We have offered a wider area to the practical requirements in cooperation of theory and practice for all home and foreign students. The long-life impacts of the project we assess in relation to our Erasmus policy Statement priorities: 1. Priority. We have supported mobilities of so called untraditional groups of students and staff, mainly with focus on increasing the qualification of adults also by allowing of foreign mobilities for students of part-time studies. 2. Priority. Improvement of connection between study theory and practice also by increase of number of students and graduates sent for traineeship mobilities. There was also achieved an increase of connection among particular areas like study, traineeship and science among partner universities. We have also simplified the process of students´ results recognition 3. Priority. We have increased the total number of foreign mobilities of students and staff by 35 %. 4. Priority. We have supported mobilities from partner countries based on bilateral agreements with the same conditions like in ERASMUS+ programme and later under the 2015 KA107 programme. 5. Priority. Based on development of existing Inter-institutional ERASMUS+ cooperation also on scientific level and project cooperation, we have realized several activities in the area of Public Administration, Regional development
