Gdansk Management College is a non-public school whose mission is professional training of highly qualified personnel in accordance with the needs of the growing economy of the country and united Europe. In carrying out his mission Gdansk Management College for many years actively participating in the Erasmus program, now Erasmus +. Analysis of the results shows the significant mobility growth to previous years. Larger interest in the program, and hence more trips realized that the effects of the activities of College in promoting internationalization of students and teaching staff. The continuous search for new potential partners among universities, businesses and other diplomatic missions abroad is one of the priorities of work aimed at increasing mobility. The process of internationalization is a long-term, so the strategy of the College must assume long-term action, based on the experience gained possession and, to date monitored and adjusted to the current conditions of internal and external environment of the College. During that agreement Gdansk Managemnt College realised 4 mobilites - 2 SMS, 1 STA, 1 STT. Each of them had very positive effect.
