Higher education student and staff mobility project

Context: The project concerns a section of students in Management of the Commerciales. Maximum class size is 24 students and we have a first grade class and a second. As coordinator of the section I supports all procedures concerning mobility. 3 students are gone in 2015 and 4 in 2016 . I wanted to organize 5 mobilities for the year 2017.The allocated budget will allow only 3 mobilities. The Erasmus program for higher education is in its second year of existence .The 7 requested mobilities were made; 3 in 2015 and 4 in 2016. This project is part of a global dynamic of the institution, resolutely turned towards Europe, open to the outside, and which promotes the mobility of its élèves.One project on professionnal baccalaureate is in place for several Years.One Comenius project was also conducted. Profile: It is students of BTS Management of Business Units, 1st year, who are aged 18 to 20 . They perform a 2 months professionnal internship, which enabled them, as part of activities to their program of studies, to improve their language skills and their knowledge of the host country and its culture. Students are rather modest background and could not leave without the Erasmus project. Because of the lack of experience of students travel abroad, I organized almost the Organization of mobility, airplanes, homes accomodation, search for internship. Funding: Funding was provided: -by the Erasmus grant, using to increase the amount a part of the OM -by a Explora grant,provided by Rhône Alpes county -by participation of high school with the apprenticeship tax activities: -in the context of their study program, students have had to perform all tasks related to the management of a business unit: sales, customer reception, stock management, showcase, maintenance, management the fund, staff planning ... objectives: - improve in the language of the host country and knowledge of the culture of the country -be able to exercise their future professional activity in a different linguistic and cultural context -Earn mature, very important for young adults. All these objectives were achieved. Strategy: As part of the overall dynamics of the establishment, which will be labeled "Lycée des Métiers" it is able to offer 25% of students the possibility of an internship in a European country , 2 months in the framework of his studies. This action will further enhance the reputation of students lycée.Candidates come specially in order to benefit from this opportunity.
