The project Erasmus + Action 1 (project KA103) - Learning mobility between program countries was implemented at Alcide De Gasperi University of Euroregional Econony in Józefów (WSGE) from 1 June 2014 to 31 May 2016. The university implemented employees and students mobility: - Student mobility in order to spend part of their studies at a foreign partner university - 6 mobilities; - Student mobility in order to spend part of the curriculum in the form of practice in a foreign company - 6 mobilities; - Teaching mobility in order to conduct classes for students of foreign universities - 12 mobilities; - university staff mobility for training purposes - 7 mobilities. The main destination of mobilities were: Italy (14 mobilities), Slovakia (10 mobilities), Spain (6 mobilities) and United Kingdom (1 mobilitie). WSGE visited 9 students from abroad under the program. All participants, both incoming and outgoing were very satisfied or rather satisfied with their experience gained during mobility. The result reflects not only the efforts of all parties concerned: the participant, sending and receiving universities, but also the relevance of the activities undertaken by the European Commission and the great success of the Erasmus +. The main qualitative and quantitative targets, covered by the financial agreement with the NA and the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) have been achieved. WSGE plans further cooperation with foreign partners in the field of mobility, but not only. Joint proposals for funding projects under other actions and competitions are to be prepared. In addition, WSGE employees through established personal contacts with employees of foreign universities take an active part in international conferences and invite foreign guests to scientific events organized by WSGE.
