Under the framework of the consortia project intended to be carried out by the consortia partners, Istanbul Commerce University, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Nisantasi University.Istanbul Commerce University implemented its role as it was planned in the context of the project prior to application. ICU established a clear strategy in terms of outreach and dissemination of the project’s initiatives in order to inform students and encourage their participation. Various dissemination activities took place in cooperation with the Faculties. Specialists entered classrooms in order to inform students directly about the elements and objectives of the project. The objectives were to gain intercultural awareness,adaptability, flexibility, innovativeness, productivity, motivation, endurance, problemsolving abilities and being able to work in a team,emphasised foreign language skills, improved awareness of another culture and a greater ability to adapt to new situations. Most of the participants,students, reflected that it was a great experience for them and they have gained great insights. In the longer run we are sure that the impact of mobility on the participants will be seen clearly
