Erasmus + for college is an invaluable form of implementation of the strategy of internationalization and enhance the quality of our services, especially in terms of objectives: increase in the annual exchange of students and staff, striving to balance the international exchange of students and workers from abroad, increased diversity and increase the level of education of foreign languages, extending the list of directions and subjects taught in English, Polish students participated in the process of adaptation of foreign students, adjusting the educational offer to the changing labor market, supporting the development of partnerships between different sectors of education and taking actions to meet the needs of these sectors. The program enables and facilitates cooperation with various institutions, including by mutual implementation of multilateral projects and thematic networks, based on the transfer of innovation and research projects, joint development of programs of studies and issuance of double diplomas. Realizes the importance of cultural and linguistic diversity, as well as the need to combat racism, prejudice and xenophobia, to promote equality between men and women, it contributes to the fight against all forms of discrimination. The agreement with the NA, and the principles contained in the ECHE oblige us to realize some- qualitative and quantitative targets. Taking care of the appropriate level of Programme's quality, RAE: respect the principle of non-discrimination, provides participants with equal access to the program and equal opportunities to use their services, it provides recognition of granted credits gained through mobility. We realize mobility under the relevant prior inter-institutional agreements, defining the role and responsibilities of each party and obliging them to comply with the agreed quality criteria used in the selection of candidates, preparation of participants mobility, their adoption in a foreign institution and integration with the local community, we provide participants with mobility, good preparation to leave, we realize the mobility of students and staff on the basis of prepared before you leave and approved by all parties Agreements. We provide support for incoming, enable them for everyday college life. After the period of mobility: recognize realized activities of students and staff. We make sure that the cooperation undertaken lead to lasting results that benefit all partners, practice mutual exchange of knowledge and experience within the wider academic community. RAE under Action 1 has completed the following activities: trips of students to study in the Programme Countries (2), trips the students to practice the PC (11), trips the university staff for training to PC (9). At the studio went 2-time students (one student receiving social supplement). Offer practices related to 8 full-time students and three part-time students (including graduate). Students chose the directions of mobility: the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Portugal, Greece. Within the category STT benefited from the trip: Rector, Vice-Rector, Chancellor, one of the Deans, Library Director, Department workers organization of teaching, the Department of Science, Department of Administration, employed full-time working under an employment contract. These trips were organized to Portugal, Turkey and Slovenia. The results of participation in the project are visible, and represent long-term benefits. The project made it possible to increase the amount of foreign partners from 32 to 150. Help participants to develops personality, enhances interpersonal skills, self-confidence, improves language skills and other participants, it gives the possibility of making different contacts, develops knowledge about other people, cultures, customs , countries, etc. Employees can learn different techniques to recruit students, to promote the university, adapting the educational offer to the changing labor market, facilitates cooperation with other institutions, presents new opportunities for cooperation. The project improves the quality of education and life of the inhabitants of the region. The presence in the community of people from other cultures, sensitize certain social problems, increases the level of diversity, prestige studies, cities, universities. These benefits of participation in the project paying off for years.
