The participants of the project expanded their knowledge, improved professional and language skills, in addition they acquired interpersonal and social skills. They also learnt about the culture of the partner countries. The following project has helped to develop the ability to work in international teams. It is a very important skill in the labor market and it refers to the fundamental European values, such as tolerance, gender equality, non-discrimination. The implementation of the project contributed to improving the quality of education at PWSZ and better adaptation to the requirements of the national and European labor market. Thanks to the project the School has gained an opportunity to promote itself on the local and European arena, as well as the opportunity to engage itself in the life of the European community. Another result of the project is increasing the acceptance and tolerance of diversity, understanding cultural differences and the mentality of other countries. Outgoing students increased their self-confidence and the motivation to learn foreign languages. They have become entrepreneurial and their interest in intercultural issues has risen. The method of implementation of the project- by offering trips abroad- makes the studies more attractive and it is motivating for both students and employees. The activities described above will bring positive and long-term effects for students, workers and PWSZ itself. They will improve the attractiveness of the educational program by adjusting the skills, knowledge and competence to the requirements of the labor market, achieving European Added Value, understanding of the practices and systems used in other countries. The University will gain the image of a modern facility, implementing the treaty assumptions of the European Union.
