Higher education student and staff mobility project

CIEFA Rhône Alpes (Centre Inter Entreprise en Alternance) is a vocational training center offering internships abroad to the learners in the tertiary field. The learners who will benefit of the mobility will become trilingual Assistant Managers. They complete a -two day release course (2 days within the training center and the rest of the week in the company). An internship of at least 2 weeks is required within the 2 academic years. However it is not easy to convince the employers to accept to let the learners go abroad for 2 months as this mobility will impact on the activity of the company. However CIEFA promotes mobility as an added value of the training and will generate benefits for the employability of the learners.90% the learners of this program will carry out an internship abroad whether it is under the program Erasmus + or not
